Abonamente în portal¶
Clienții își urmăresc propriile abonamente din portalul clienților, fără acces la backend.
Ce vede clientul¶
O intrare Abonamente apare pe pagina principală a portalului, cu numărul de contracte pe care le are clientul. Aceasta deschide lista contractelor sale, cu referința, datele și o insignă de stare; un clic pe unul dintre ele deschide pagina sa de detalii, cu liniile de abonament, perioadele și prețurile lor.
Utilizatorii de portal văd întotdeauna doar contractele și liniile propriului partener.

Anularea din portal¶
Pagina de detalii oferă clientului o modalitate de a solicita anularea contractului. Contractul este apoi închis, iar motivul este stocat în câmpul său Motiv închidere, astfel încât backendul să arate că clientul l-a încheiat singur.
